Corey Creek Food and Beverage Services Catering & Banquet Facilities
You are our "client" and it is "your" function. Our staff has at over twenty years of experience in the food and beverage industry. This includes years working in Atlantic City Casinos and major business and tourist hotels in Daytona and Orlando, FL as well as many fine local establishments. We know how to serve you. All of our buffets are served with two choices of entrees for parties under 50 guests and three choices for parties with over 50 guests. We also include a starch, two vegetable choices, and a green leaf salad with two dressings, and dinner rolls. Our tantalizing desserts may be included for an additional charge. The price of all our buffets includes tax and gratuity. Our menus are broken down into price categories and types of meals. For the early birds we have a Breakfast Menu as well as a Luncheon Menu for our business guests. Our Standard Menu has eleven choices priced at $14.95. The entrees in the Deluxe Menu are a little more upscale in creation and presentation. It has nine choices and is also available as a plated dinners as well as buffet style depending on the size of your party. Deluxe Menu items are $16.95 for buffets and $17.95 for a plated meal. Then we continue with the Seafood and Prime Rib Menus. These can be chosen separately or can be combined as a Surf-n-Turf Menu. As a surf-n-turf it is priced at $22.95 with an 8-ounce cut of prime rib, or $25.95 for a 12-ounce cut of prime rib. All Corey Creek functions include a Hall Rental Fee. This fee is required to pay for set-up, breakdown, and clean-up costs associated with any event. The fee ranges from $50 to $75 for business meetings to $150 for member and $200 for non-member banquets.
